The National Office will assume the role of conducting the unit elections on behalf of the Norwalk Connecticut Branch #2011, pursuant to the authority granted to the National Office in the bylaws, Article IX, Section 2P.
Given that the process of nomination has not been completed, the timeline for conducting the election must be extended so as to allow adequate time for nominations to be received and vetted prior to the planned election date. A zoom meeting will be scheduled for January 25th for the purpose of receiving nominations from the floor for all members interested in running for office. A link for the meeting will be sent on Monday under separate cover.
The election will be tentatively planned for February 16th and will be held using Election Buddy. During the nominating meeting, we will also be available to answer any questions regarding the process moving forward.
